1999 Mr. SOUSH Saroeun, founded ARP, Asia Real Property Co.,
Ltd in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It caters a simple Rental Service to
expatriates with a start-up capital of a few hundred
dollars. Advertising materials were disseminated through
photocopied leaflets that were stuck on the tree trunks
around Phnom Penh Six month later, bolstered by the mouth of
our satisfied foreign clients, a secretary were employed to
meet the
ever increasing house rental inquiries. Mr. SOUSH Saroeun
spent most his time outdoor for doing property researcher.
Since then, property listing were Compiled.
2000 Nurtured by these devastating experience and dedication
to materialize its vision, a manager, a property researcher
and a marketing personnel were hired which gave Mr. SOUSH
Saroeun more times to focus on overseeing and driving the
vision attainable.
2001 September, Property Valuation Service was born,
Cambodia National Bank was undergoing its nationwide
"security" appraisal and was looking for qualified local
bidders. ARP landed as one of the short listed bidders and
was later awarded the contract as its official security
valuator and periodic security re-valuator.
2002 Since then, Property Valuation services demand was
increasing. Contracts
from various local and foreign banks has kept on pouring in,
To Strengthen and enhance the quality of this services,
specialists in property appraisal were hired.
2003 Fueled by demands and good reputation, has enabled, the
company to attract Property owner to avail our service as
broker, Since then, service in Property Rental / Selling
Property Management, Real Estate Development and Consultancy
and Property Asset Management were born,
2004 In the middle of 2004, the company was in the verged of
collapse of collapsed. Mismanagement and financial
hemorrhage was the main culprit couple with the management
ignorance in importance of strong core management and risk
Management.
In this year it was the launching of our magazine, the
"Essential Decorating Guide". It is available in major banks
and hotels, Embassies, NGos, Companies, Restaurants,
Ministries, Schools and most of residential in Phnom Penh.
It will be distributed free of charge, door to door, to
every Office, Shop, Hotel, Restaurant and business in Phnom
Penh project which offers a fantastic marketing strategy for
you over a haft year subsequently, 2006, with 10,000 copies
being printed this will give you great exposure to your
business (it will be seen in almost every office, shop and
business in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanouk Ville).
2005 Is the most challenging year as competition has become
stiffer. But having awarded the contract to appraise over
thousand hectares of Agriculture Land Investment in the
southwest of Cambodia, was a unique achievement that we
could stand among competitors and also receives very high
amount of closing contract from rental and sale properties.
In spite of these successes, our prompt response to an ever
evolving customers innovations, and challenges, we will
never cease and always keep in touch with you so ever....
